State Court Civil includes the general litigation
division, the garnishment division, the appeals division,
and a landlord/tenant division. The general litigation division
handles any civil case that is not within the exclusive jurisdiction
of the Supreme Court.
Note: There is a $20 fee charged for filing a traverse in garnishment cases.
