Disabled Customer Access
Physical Disability
Wheel-chair accessible doors are available at the
entrance located at 185 Central Avenue. Elevators
near the Central Avenue doors take customers to all
floors of the building. Access to the Charles Carnes
Justice Building located at 160 Pryor St. is accessible
from the Central Avenue entrance by riding the elevators
to the second floor of the Justice Tower. The Fulton
County Court House is accessible from the Central
Avenue entrance by riding the elevators to the first
floor of the Justice Tower.
Hearing Impaired
Upon request, sign language interpreters are provided
for hearing impaired persons participating in both
civil and criminal court proceedings in Magistrate
and State Court. To arrange for an interpreter, call
one of the following Chief Deputy Clerks for the division
handling your case and they can start the process
or direct you to the State Court employee who can
assist you:

Visually Impaired
The Office of Disability Affairs can also provide,
upon request, court forms in alternate formats. Contact
the Chief Deputy Clerk for the division you working
with so they arrange for the Office of Disability
