Superior Courts of Hart County
 

Named for Nancy Morgan Hart, Revolutionary patriot and heroine, Hart County was created December 7, 1853. Located at 185 W. Franklin Street, Hartwell, the Superior Court of Hart County presides over jury trials, rules on evidence, hears motions, and renders verdicts in bench trials. Each Superior Court Judge is a constitutional officer elected to four-year terms of office.


Terms of Court of Hart County commence on the 3rd Monday in February and 3rd Monday in August.
