Substitution, Cancellation and Refund Information
The EARLY REGISTRATION deadline is April 3, 2009. The REGULAR REGISTRATION deadline is May 15, 2009. Refunds will be made if the request is made on or before April 30, 2009. Substitutions are encouraged after April 30, 2009. If you need to submit a substitution or cancel your registration, please contact Raquel Gonzalez via e-mail at raquel.gonzalez@gaaoc.us or call (404) 463-1171. Registration will be available on-site. On-site registration will only take cash, check or money order payments.
Hotel Information
The group rate this year is $141.00/night, and will be honored through April 25, 2009.
*Please note: If you would like to extend your stay at the hotel beyond the conference date range (May 26-28, 2009),
please contact the hotel directly. GA Drug, DUI and Mental Health Conference attendees can book room stays at the group rate of $141.00/night May 23-31, 2009. |
